Since 2018, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help people achieve a more positive outlook on life by empowering clients with the skills I have and also my use tools in sessions necessary if clients are struggling in the session. Let me help you on your journey with the issues that are standing in the way of your goals by giving you the safe place to talk and express, what ever the issues or obstacle is holding you back.
I have worked in addiction for two years with kinds of issues and back grounds. I work creatively with client who struggles with understanding their feeling and helped them process in different ways that works for the client.
My future plans are to work towards my accreditation with the BACP. I will be looking at offering CBT in the next year.
In the next 4/6 years I will be working towards becoming Psychosexual therapist. I am member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy)
Postnatal depression support group for women 9 week program
When being on maternity leave, it can be lonely time or you have people around but may feel you're not in the room. It can be very overwhelming time with new born. If you feel you are crying lot, don't want to go out, feel like you have to be super mum but then feel like you're doing everything wrong and you're being mum shamed by family or professionals. You feel sad or started to have negative throughs. This group is for you.
Face to Face counselling
Face to face counselling. I like to give a homely feeling in the session. I like use Aromatherapy to help clients feel relaxed in the sessions. Some time we can creative in the session if client is struggling to understand or express what they are feeling or what the emotion is. We can use Art, mood cards, stones and music in the session if you are struggling to express the emotions in the session. Sometimes in the session client may feel anxious in the session and may need a sensory item to help calm client in the session.
I offer zoom/FaceTime session. These session for great for people who have Social Anxiety or just want to be in the comfort in their own home. If you have a very busy life and don't have time to do face to face counselling, this is another way to access counselling.
Single session / one off session
Single session are for people who just want to vent off. Just need to safe space to talk about stressful day. Feel like they can't talk to anybody else. Single session are not recommended for people who are feeling suicidal or have suicidal thoughts.
